The parties heard reports on the implemented and planned joint projects of Dmitry Vitalievich Volkovsky, Head of the Development Department, and Otabek Rustamovich Khamidov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Locomotives and Locomotive Facilities. Delegates got acquainted with the university's laboratories and identified the next stage in the development of the material and technical base at TMH Corporate University by equipping Transtelesoft LLC with bench equipment.

During the meeting, Transtelesoft, part of TMH Intelligent Systems, and Tashkent State Transport University (TSTU) signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation. The document establishes a long-term partnership in the field of digitalization of railway transport and provides for the integration of education, science and production for the joint development and maintenance of on-board rolling stock systems. As part of the agreement, Transtelesoft will provide technical support for its products throughout the entire life cycle and will transfer bench kits for the laboratory to the university, which will be used in the training of engineering personnel for the locomotive fleet of Uzbekistan.

Special attention is paid to the implementation of the ON-BOARD locomotive safety system and the implementation of national projects to improve on-board microprocessor systems of rolling stock.
The parties confirmed their intention to build relations based on the principles of equality and good-faith partnership and left the opportunity for expanding cooperation beyond the framework of the memorandum. The cooperation between Transtelesoft and TSTU serves as a consolidation of TMH Intelligent Systems Group's international strategy to promote Russian advanced solutions to the CIS markets, as well as to support national projects for the digital development of railway transport in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
